I'm Molly, this is my blog, adriaticjellyfishsting, which refers to a jellyfish sting i got whilst swimming in the adriatic sea.
I'm madly in love with Doctor Who, as well as every character on Legend of Korra, and although they continually break my heart, the Dodgers will always be my boys in blue. Also corgis. Love a corgi.

spoiler alert: i have some feelings

meggannn:

transmutes:

Okay, I started to write like, a paragraph about how complementary the first and last pages of the FMA manga are, and then it turned into this really out-of-control feelings dump about how much/why I love this series. I talk about this a lot and at this point, everyone gets that I have no dearth of feelings about the narrative structure of FMA and fun fact: no one really cares. OH WELL, THOUGH.

The last page of the series is under the cut, along with a hell of a lot of rambling about it, so if you’re just getting into FMA ~*consider this a spoiler warning*~.

AO3 invitations

breakthisspell:

meggannn:

Since ff.net is being a butt right now, I know some people are probably going to want to find another archive to put their stories on, so I asked AO3 for invitations for those who’d want to join the site.

For those who don’t know, AO3 is basically just like another place to post fics except it’s a bit more organized and easier to find stuff (imo)… from what I understand some of the more serious writers are starting to head over there. The only downside is that you have to either request to join and wait a while until they have room for you (they want to keep the user count under control as it grows so it doesn’t crash) or you have to be invited to join with a code from someone who already has an account.

So yeah, I just got more invite codes for whoever wants one. I guess I’ll just give them away through a first-come-first-serve basis… Any takers?

signal boost?

AO3’s much easier to navigate than ff.n and (imo) writing is taken more seriously and fics are usually of higher quality than ff.n thanks to the smaller pool of writers there.

like Megan said, it’s a pretty long wait to get in (i requested a code in early April and would have just gotten into AO3 this week if i hadn’t received an invite) without an invitation from an existing user.

i may be able to give some invitations out if Megan runs out of hers if anyone on my dash is interested. :3

I’ve put in a request for a couple as well, so if/when I get those and anyone is interested, let me know!

Modern Korra?
I was just killing time until my siblings got home so we could all watch Korra together.
That last episode was intense you guys! My feels can’t take it! D:

a message from booksinaballroom

so not to be creepy or anything...but I noticed your tags on the Much Ado About Nothing post... did you see it live? If so, I AM SO JEALOUS.

I did!!

It was so great and literally like the best luck of my life. All the tickets were sold out except for the ones that were really expensive and the only option other than that and standing room was this raffle that the theater had where they raffled off like 20 tickets for good seats for 10 pounds each and my number was drawn and adjfasdkf. I had to go by myself because only I won but it was still so perfect and hilarious! So much fun ahh

What if men were photographed the way women typically were? I love this!
